Limestone EMC plant for the production of CemPozz^®

Has been in operation since September, 2004 and has proven capable of reaching designed capacity.

Is located adjacent to Texas NRG Limestone Power Plant near Jewett, Texas. Fly ash is conveyed directly from the power plant to the EMC production facility.

Has an initial production capacity of about 150,000 tons per year. The plant’s scalable design will make it possible to quickly ramp up production according to
market demand.

Is owned and operated by Texas EMC Products, Inc. which is a joint venture between Few Ready Mix Concrete Co., a Texas corporation, and EMC Cement BV, a Dutch corporation. Texas EMC Products, Inc. has the exclusive license to use the patented EMC Technology in Texas.

Is located within economical trucking distance to Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin markets.
